Excel Ministries presents an 8-session program designed to help teens navigate this time of change, questions, and discovery. We provide a grounded, holistic foundation by equipping young people with a clear understanding of their bodies, emotions, and identity.
We provide a scientific understanding of physical and emotional development, giving teens the facts they need about how they are growing.
